Overdiepse Polder - Brabantse Delta Water Authority
The Overdiepse Polder project is part of the 'Room for the River' program, which implements protective measures against high water issues in Dutch rivers.
This will help prevent nuisance in villages and towns further along in the area. In conjunction with the other 'Room for the River' projects, this increases the safety of over four million people in the river area.
Contract Management
Aratis played a significant role in draughting the contract and contract management. By draughting the contract based on an integrated contract, room has been created for the market to contribute its own knowledge and expertise to the project.
