Benjamin Bolman

He worked on projects for industrial parties, energy companies, and universities, including solar parks, battery storage, green hydrogen, and circular chemistry. Thanks to his broad perspective – commercial, technical, and operational – Benjamin is able to efficiently realise complex projects and strike the right balance between interests, risks, and opportunities.

In his assignments, Benjamin takes on roles as an interim business developer, project manager, and consultant. He conducts commercial negotiations, concludes contracts with suppliers and customers, and oversees the development and implementation of (sustainable) energy projects and integrated energy systems. In doing so, he actively seeks collaboration with stakeholders and knows how to bring teams along in the transition to sustainable energy. His style is characterised by a results-oriented approach, the ability to connect with people, and a pragmatic approach.
