With a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Emile has laid the foundation for his experience with control engineering projects in various environments. He has led various implementation projects and project teams, using the Prince II methodology as a guideline.
Emile is experienced in the roles of technical administrator, consultant, technical project leader, and project manager, working with project management methodologies, ITIL (incident, problem, and change management), and within a delivery organisation.
With extensive experience in projects in the control technology for rail and airport 'airside' technology, Emile keeps a grip on time, money, and quality. At the intersection of software and hardware in ICT projects, Emile sets the course and stays the course. In collaboration with teams and according to clear processes, he ensures contract management by assessing and testing suppliers.
