After various work experiences where safety was the key factor, Jordi shifted his professional work towards becoming a commercial diver in the civil offshore world. After developing through various positions and roles in this industry, he obtained his HVK diploma, after which he gained solid knowledge and experience in the world of wind turbine installations.
With knowledge and experience in wind turbine construction, he leads the HSSE team in the client organisation of Windplanblauw, together with Aratis. Jordi is a hands-on safety professional, a people manager who takes a pragmatic approach with his colleagues in the project. Overview and a strong team spirit are what he builds upon until his team communicates correctly and efficiently. Compliant and always focused on improving safety processes so that construction can continue safely.
