Poul is experienced in setting up tender processes from contract execution to implementation in ERP systems. As a team player, he brings structure and results-orientation to complex project environments. His strength lies in translating technical, legal, and organisational requirements into conclusive and executable contracts. As a liaison between engineering, project teams, the customer, and the supplier market, he is able to connect interests and keep risks under control. In doing so, Poul combines an eye for compliance and returns with a strong focus on collaboration, keeping customer relationship goals in mind.

With proven experience at organisations such as Bunge, Nobian, NEM, APM, and Jumbo Offshore, Poul has successfully completed projects within sectors such as (petro)chemicals, energy, infrastructure, and offshore/maritime. His expertise in LOGIC and FIDIC contracts, procurement, risk management, and supplier strategy makes him suitable for roles such as Contract Manager, Procurement Specialist, Senior Contract Engineer, or Tender Manager.
