FIDIC Contract Management
We have developed our own teaching programme consisting of various modules for the application of FIDIC contracts. This includes a general introductory course for beginners, as well as a course specifically focused on claims management for more experienced experts. By opting for an in-house course, company-specific case studies can be addressed. We also use the Risk Game to simulate realistic contract situations in a game format.
Both contracting parties must be mindful of each other's interests. After all, the aim is to achieve individual and joint goals within the set frameworks. This requires knowledge of risks on both sides. We have that knowledge and experience, both on the client side and in the realisation of complex projects.
