Onshore wind farm Slufterdam Maasvlakte

The Slufterdam wind farm project mainly consists of removing 18 existing wind farm structures, including the wind turbine foundations.

After that, the construction can begin of all park roads, crane locations, SCADA infrastructure, park cabling, and customer substations, collectively referred to as the Balance of Plant. All of this to be able to install wind turbines with a capacity of 4 MW each.

Contract management during execution UAV-GC contract

In collaboration with Nuon and Eneco, Aratis has overseen the preparation and tendering of the engineering, construction, and installation of the wind farm and will be responsible for contract management during the execution of the UAV-gc contract for the civil and electrical works (also known as Balance of Plant).

The implementation phase will start in mid-2017. The Balance of Plant is scheduled for completion in mid-2018, after which the turbines can be installed for commissioning by the end of 2018.
