Erwin is a civil engineering test coordinator and project professional. He has extensive experience at Rijkswaterstaat, where he witnessed the traditional method of quality management and its development towards external quality assessment.
He has experience with asphalt, concrete, above-ground and underground infrastructure, and wet infrastructure. Within Aratis, Erwin is developing in the contract management of wind energy projects.
Test Coordinator and Contract Advisor
Erwin has a good understanding of the contractor's system and processes. He sees the risks and quantifies them. Together with the IPM team, he creates a test plan, which he coordinates throughout the entire process. He communicates entirely in the interest of the integrated project from start to finish. He seeks connection with partners for the best final result. Erwin takes initiative, is realistic and optimistic, energetic, and a connector.
