It was a complex project with various challenges in terms of safety, quality, time, and the interests of end-users. In doing so, the operational process had to be maintained.

The ONE XS project includes:
Overlapping E and F piers
Expand the EF area + redesign the existing one
Businessclass lounge (British Airways, ServiceAir)
Businessclass lounge (KLM ICA-lounge)
Adjust arrival filters 1, 2, and 3
Holland Boulevard Installation Package (including Rijksmuseum)
Commissioning of safety systems (life and critical)
