He has a background in civil engineering and business administration and has gained extensive experience in the organisation of engineering services and project management. He has experienced in the sport of rugby that strong collaboration within and between teams can be the solution to tough project situations.
As a partner at Aratis, he is proud of this agency, where knowledge, experience, and skills in various disciplines are applied to achieve the desired results for clients. He focusses on business development for sustainability in projects such as circular procurement and tendering from Aratis. Together with his colleagues, he lets ideas ferment into a plan, and they further develop those plans into services and products.
Johan experiences that the worlds of infrastructure, wind farms, and airports are work environments where people can develop strongly both as individuals and as a team. Where the project interest takes precedence, project stakeholders are fully committed to it by taking broad responsibility.
