As a civil engineer with a master's degree in construction management, Laura Loaiza has gained valuable experience in coordinating infrastructure projects. During the study, design, and planning phases, she brought together various disciplines to make projects successful.
Renovation, replacement, and expansion projects are areas she thoroughly explored during her master's thesis. By researching the challenges of infrastructure renovation and replacement in the Netherlands, she has developed a framework to prioritise tasks that align with stakeholder requirements, thereby optimising resource allocation.
Laura is focused on project management and enjoys working during the early phases of projects, where her analytical and creative skills come together. She helps develop effective strategies and is innovative in doing so.
