As a senior advisor in Tendering and Sustainability, Magchiel is a versatile consultant with extensive experience in greening the construction economy and sustainability development, giving him broad knowledge of the field.
In various technical disciplines, he has won project tenders, helped improve (project) organisations, and implemented innovations. Sustainability and the energy transition have always been central to Magchiel's career and ambition; he enjoys working together with his colleagues, suppliers, partners, and customers. He provides the desired variety by bringing out the best in people within teams. With his gaze fixed on the future, he is turning plans into a structured approach. Enthusiastic and involved, he guides a project team in creating an environment where, with a fresh perspective, space is made for creativity and improved collaboration. Focused on project environments where ongoing greening and sustainability are the ambitions, Magchiel has, in recent years, shifted his focus more towards company-wide implementation of innovations and the development of new business. Within Aratis, Magchiel is involved in both advisory projects for clients and the Sustainability Implementation service, also known as Circular Tendering, where he shares his knowledge and skills with his colleagues.
