As an experienced project manager in the development and coordination of construction projects and fire safety, Belinda has developed a broad skillset at the intersection of technical content and processes. She gained extra knowledge and skills at consulting firms and municipalities where she held leading roles.
Belinda is currently actively involved in the change process during the implementation phase of WindplanBlauw. Highly involved and with an ambition for continuous improvement, Belinda is good at zooming in on details from a higher level of abstraction. Conversely, from the detail, she also sees the big picture. Seeking an overview and in coordinated collaboration, she takes the initiative and, with positive expectations, is very persistent in pursuing her goals. Her people-centered approach with a focus on possibilities usually elevates collaborations to a higher level.
