Erik is highly experienced in the design, procurement, and project management of onshore wind farms, and specifically in FIDIC-based contracts. He enjoys facilitating the growth of project team members, both as a group and individually, and he likes implementing substantial improvements based on mutual trust and empowering his team members. A straightforward manager who enjoys taking responsibility for their project team and sees difficult topics as challenges. He prefers to avoid bureaucracy to get things done and sees himself as a team builder and organiser who drives team results with a focus on safety.
