Harmen studied both the bachelor's phase of Civil Engineering and Public Administration before focussing on his master's program in Construction Management and Engineering at TU Delft. With the goal of improving the project management of civil infrastructure projects by utilising smart project control tools, Harmen is enthusiastically and with great pleasure involved within Aratis System Experts.
First, analyse the situations, then come up with and develop solutions before making the best decision. That's the system Harmen taught himself during his studies to develop his decisiveness and for his personal growth as a professional. Harmen is passionate about multidisciplinary collaborations and he sees project management, procurement, contract management, and risk management as an integrated approach to projects.
