His drive is to outwardly unite parties with apparent differences through the power of collaboration and human connection, strengthened by strong communication skills. Furthermore, he believes that foresight, common sense, substantive knowledge, and treating others appropriately are crucial for the success of projects and organisations. By believing this, limitations are lifted.
