Willem is an experienced team player in offshore tenders and contract management. He knows the project processes of the industrial and maritime construction sectors inside and out, and he translates the existing risks into measures that deliver the quality the client desires. He is experienced in driving commercial objectives and designing processes for sharp purchasing and procurement. In the implementation phase, he is skilled at handling subcontractor claims, determining the processes that work best, and setting up structures for the contract management back office.
For Shell, Willem has worked on special projects such as the construction of the "Prelude," the floating FLNG facility.
